Our support begins during the recruitment process when we work with our prospective franchisees to not only give them all the facts about running a CHEAT DAZE franchise but also help them build a robust business plan including revenue, expenditure and profit.
We will also provide you with site acquisition help and also a full design and brand build package. Once you and your team have joined our network you will be placed in the hands of our training team and a detailed training programme will be built around your store opening. Our comprehensive training and on-going support results in a strong relationship between Franchisees. Our training is a mix of 1:1 and group sessions and is delivered by people who work in the business.
All the training is supported by a comprehensive Operations Manual for use by you and your team. We will work with and support you during the launch of your business ensuring that all your systems and processes are working well, and once up and running we will hold regular business development meetings with all franchisees. We will give you access to our local marketing toolkit which has everything to support the launch and development of your business including a digital and social media plan.
The major investment that you make will be in finding a site and refurbishing it but we will also help with that.
Once we have had an initial chat with you we will share all the detailed financial models with you together with expected revenue streams, expenditure and profit.
